Before we developed our temperature control systems, semiconductor manufacture was a hit-and-miss proposition. Volatile gases used in fabrication processes were greatly affected by changes in ambient temperature. Gases need to be at a certain pressure and in a particular vaporous state in order to control the process quality. The manufacturing conditions were unpredictable, quality and process control was a constant, often expensive challenge.

Need a custom made system? No problem. Available with a variety of options, our AGS Series™ temperature controllers are custom manufactured to client specifications and requirements. From digital controllers and sensors to insulation blankets and heating cables, we have everything you need to ensure manufacturing efficiency. All of our systems are environmentally friendly, employing non-CFC refrigeration systems.
